FIFA, STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS.

Let me start off by saying (8) I LOVE FIFA, I LOVE FIFA (8) * CHANTS*. I am a beast at this game, an avid XBOX 360 player. I'm ranked top 10 wherever i play. I've been a part of the EA family since FIFA 99 for the N64. My personal favourite of the series are FIFA 07 PS2 and FIFA 10. XBOX 360. My fav Team is non other than the great #RealMadrid #HalaMadrid, running a 4-2-2-2 formation with high Striker work rate and CB joining the attack. I play all modes but i prefer to play World Class over Legendary because then i have to play the game without passion and just do what i know to score.

In my opinion the EA Sports Fifa series is better than any Soccer catlogue and i would never divert, however, there are some events during gameplay that totally removes the joy when i'm playing. I admire and respect EA for going the extra mile trying to get the game to be as realistic as can be but cmon son dont sacrifice enjoyment and instilled wisdom for a realistic experience.

You might be asking DA FK IS HE TALKING ABOUT? so let me get into it.

1. the unfair and unpredictable handballs - son, i can understand the rule but cmon. the times when a handball are given to the computer/other player are always in some fkd up setting 90% of the times. whether you are trying to win a header, u made a lob that will give u a clear break at goal or u make a simple pass within shooting proximity. Not only are these calls infuriating but the are demotivating and frequent unless u turn it off or turn it to 1%

2. Why every time u are tackled by the CPU you either end up being floored or injured? i understand that the higher the setting the more challenging the game is but i dont think it is fair that the game seems to cheat instead of getting better at playing.

3. I know you all can agree that there are times when the game feels as if the players are doing what they feel instead of what you are controlling them to do as if the intelligence of your players have suddenly drop to that of a special ed gorilla. You try to switch players and it never choose the players you intend to select, it keeps choosing around them. Your players make incomplete runs or runs slower than the player with the ball, even when ur try to buy time by showing off your glamourous skill etc.

for now, these are the major inconsistencies that grinds my gears and there are more but i forgot some. i know you might have so feel free to share. If you arent good at the game and require some advice then i can blog about Attacking and Defending strategies that i use and you can compare.
